As for unexisting tankettes - I can offer possible models for France, UK, Soviet Union, Japan, Italy. Maybe something possibly classified as "tankette" for USA. Same with missing tanks for "majors".

For missing tankettes, where it is impossible to find anything (like with Germany) you can always use recolored sprite of some "average" tankette design - italian, as example.
