In my opinion, this helmet is cool, nice details, you worked hard for this result, but, i think, it doesnt realy match the warframe universe.

This makes me uncomfortable, and I love it; a full skin in this style would be an instant buy for me. I'm really hoping someone makes a cloaked nekros skin some day.

The skin would fit in better with the helmer, and as Hikaru said. It would match the warframe neatly, making the skin different others.
