Yea. They wiggle too much for lifting weights. Unless its body fat, they should be stiff when holding up the bell, as muscles would. That is, assuming it's all muscle. Not entirely sure where the fat is on the heavy, other than the obvious place.

Fairly certain he's mostly fat, I think he was intended to look more like a strongman than a bodybuilder. Regardless I think the post was referring to the way his arms stretch and flatten when he pushes up, you can see it in the video from the side view fairly well.

That's a problem with the model, not the animation. Watch an engineer with the Dogfighter jacket use Rancho Relaxo. Same thing.

You really cant't blame the people who worked on the mod, but rather the model they were dealing with.
