excuse me,the modes equipment no top down attack achieve effect ! Unable to switch between direct and top down modes.

You need to use your default A.C.E. key to toggle modes. Mine by default is : CTRL + TAB

sorry man....other question, I can't find out how to lock on, or have a lock on crosshair
