Improved Infantry Equipment has wrong internal dates.
IIE 1 and 2 seem to have the wrong "ahead of time" dates set internally. When I try to research IIE1 in 1936, it tells me that it's 2 years ahead of time. And when I hover over IIE2 (1939) it says "4 years ahead of time" (which would be 1940).
