AS 1.6.2.1 preview:

Contains many bugfixes and hundreds of new optimizations, it would be too fastidious to list them all here (avoid TLDR). Here are some of them:


Main AI improvments :
- AI war production (units, templates, quantity, quality) and tech research improved
- Better collaboration between Germany and Italy
- AI Allies fleets less likely to cross the Baltic
- AI Axis fleet less likely to cross the English Channel

Balance:
- Reduce Fuel production from Oil fields (-30%)
- Many buildings now use fuel to function
- Tweak many units fuel consumption
- CIC, MIC and Dockyards even more expansive to build (partially compensated by boosted indus techs)
- Drastically nerfed GIE
- Nerfed AA units
- Rebalance A LOT more decisions or events
- NEW autonomy status: "Foreign-controlled Economy" ( industrial means under the control of big foreign companies, replace old “Vampirized Economy” events )
- More realistic temperatures in some locations (Northern countries, Soviet Union etc…).
- NEW decision category: “Technological Breakthrough” (T-34/76, Tiger, Panther, Zero-sen…)
- Zero-sen planes can now be used on ground (not only on CVs)

"Many buildings now use fuel to function" A great step for realism but you could make it even more challenging. Just an idea, didn't test it IRG:
-fuel_gain_from_states = -0.025~0.05 for infrastructure
-fuel_gain_from_states = -0.5 for rocket site (yes, rocket fuel)
-4x the current consumption for all other buildings

Also, maybe dockyards are too cheap now compared to other factories
