Bug?

Improving weapons and tanks in the armies are not going. For example, after studying the T-34 tank, and starting to produce it, its delivery to the troops does not take place. But it continues to accumulate in warehouses. sorry for my english)

You mean upgrades ?t Yes I'm aware of the problem. The code doesn't allow want I intended to do. So it will be fixed in the next version.
