I have almost added a starting character for every nation. Just got a few more now, afterwards I will be filling out communist and fascism for the minors along with generals and the generic characters. Then when that's done I will replace the government staff.

I am also thinking about making a custom newspaper for the mod along with maybe some extra music? I will have to see.
