How to say certain VoiceLine
For example bill has section for voicelines named "get some" and he can say around 5 different voicelines but I want when i press that thing to make only that special line. So my question is is there any possible way that i can make bill say in 100% times that 1 line instead of listening to other lines while hoping he will say the 1 I want? "I'll see peace back on earth iiiif i have to kill every single 1 of you bastards with my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bare hands HA HA HA HA..." (basically 1 of the bills last words)

Voice line you want to change is "limited use" which means it's defined in vocalizer's custom talker. What you need to do is to download add-on's VPK file (I suggest from GameMaps), unpack it with GCFScape tool, open scripts/talker/imt_namvet.txt file and find this part:
Response iMT_LastFightNamVet { scene "scenes/NamVet/C6DLC3MovieLine04.vcd" //You monkeys ain't gonna spoil this. scene "scenes/NamVet/C6DLC3MovieLine05.vcd" //You shoulda brought more tanks with you. scene "scenes/NamVet/C6DLC3MovieLine08.vcd" //You're too late. scene "scenes/NamVet/C6DLC3MovieLine10.vcd" odds 10 //I'll see peace back on Earth... if I gotta murder every one of you bastards... with my bare ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hands. scene "scenes/NamVet/C6DLC3MovieLine19.vcd" //That all you brought? }
Change this response to have only one line you want to trigger every time like this:

Save this TXT file and make new VPK using GCFScape. Lastly, put your new VPK into game's /left4dead2/addons subfolder. Make sure you don't have vocalizer also subscribed from Workshop or otherwise you'll have a conflict.

There are guides on Workshop and Internet about using GCFScape tool and how to manipulate VPK files. If all this looks too complicated to you, better not bother with it. :)
