EDIT : Ok i found what was the problem, forgot to put one voice line for bill and also a " at the end of a line.
By the way, I wanted to make my vocalizer multilingual a long time ago. But then I learned from Valve's documentation that Workshop addons can't be made multilingual, ie. to automatically select the language to the language of the game. I even wrote Valve a question about this, but ofcourse never got the reply from them...
