Hey, I Have A Question.
Everytime I Make A Local Server, I Get More Lines For Certain Commands, Example, I Played As Ellis And When I Pressed Scream I Say "AHHHH!", and When I Was On Dead Center, I Called For A Hunter And Instead Of "HUNTER!" It Was "Hooded Dude!"

Did You Update This Recently For That To Work On Local Servers?, If So, Is It Possible To Make It Work On Best Available, 3rd Party and Official Servers?
Or Is It Because I Have The "Modified Talker" Addon?

Yes, it's because you have modified talker installed. Unfortunately, those sounds can't work on official servers because they have original, unmodified talker files.

I Once Heard Those Voice Files When I Didn't Have The Modified Talker Addon, But I Have Another Question.

Is There Any Possible Way To Add An Update Where Certain Voice Commands Have Extended Lines? Like Scream, Falling, Help, Stuff Like That.

If You Can't Make That Update, Can You Replace One Of Ellis' Files With The Unused Voice Line "Dude This Is Just Like Team Fortress 2!"

EDIT: I didn't mean files, i meant Voice lines.

You may have heard those voices while playing on the 3rd party server which had modified talker installed.

To answer your question... Vocalizer just use commands to call vocalizations which are actually defined in talker files (which voice lines are played and when). You can't just call any voice line you want in vocalizer. That's why are people modifying the talker files, but I repeat again - those modifications won't work on official servers.
