Fortresses and Planetary Shield Generators
The Auto-Build AI has a tendency to fill every planet -everywhere- with Fortresses and Planetary Shield generators when it is left unchecked.

Just thought you should know. Maybe we can add a little slider that says "Max 1 or 2 or 3 per planet?"

Oh, fortress spam happens because i forget check for lvl2 building, easy to fix.
Idk yow you get more then 1 chield generator.

Cool! And as always - Amazing work with this mod. It makes stellaris micromanagement bearable
