As I mentioned before in a different bug report, Surface painter causes the game to crash either in the content menu are when trying to load a saved file.
this time i reduced the number of mods down to 4 (the other 2 are suspects as well but they did work on their own, the 3rd one is extra landscaping tools that is needed with this mod)
Here is the output log - if you were able to find out what's going there that would be great.
