The babel fish one also has a lot of errors reported (which becomes visible ingame with some species lacking names). I've disabled it right now, which is why I can't post the errors straight away, but they're in documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/logs/error.log
Fixed all the errors (in both AS and AS Babel Fish) but "[17:15:37][effect_impl.cpp:2846]: Failed to get a random class namelist in create_species effect. ClassTag = AS." I tried on that one, but I must be missing what's going wrong. You're welcome :)

There should be no more leaders without names in the next patch. As for your other bugs, I have no idea how to fix it or even to reproduce them.
