Replace the music folder in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod\animaris and this should fix any popping/crackling issues as well as distorted audio at the end of some tracks. The download is a lot larger than it should be since I didn't realise wavepad was encoding to the highest quality preset until too late but I can't really be arsed to go and redo everything all over again.

If you don't have the latest version of Animaris (the one you download from MEGA) then it should still work for you, but you'll need to go look for the music folder yourself.
