I read that is possible to create the files in the C:\Users\"name"\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod and than run the flags as a separate mod. I tried to follow all the procedures. Created the .mod file, the Usage file, the folder with my mod name, the Decriptor file and the folders. Placed the DDS files (that I tested adding than to the instalation files) and when I runned the game I was even able to "load" the mod, but when I started, the flags where not there. What I am doing wrong?
I intend to upload this mod to the Steam Workshop, but If I can´t make it work in my computer, how can work in the cloud?
Sorry for the long text and thank´s for any help.
Thanks in advance.
No! No! It's not possible ;) ...just kidding. Yes if you want ^^ Download my .psd file[mega.nz].
The document number, the ID in other words is: 682165224
Search that and you can manually edit and remove the incompatible error that the launcher keeps complaining about.
