Tutorial on how to make a Postal Dude NPC

1. Download these https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=131759821 https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3082343869

2. Go to Tools in the spawnmenu to find "NPC Creator" in the "Kara's Tools" section.

3. have fun with your NPC
