When i first downloaded this addon, i used a tiny playermodel.
I was like "why is it not adjusting to my size???"
But i found an way of fixing this.

1. Check on console if "cl_ec_enabled" is 1
2. If it's on but you're still having problems, type "sv_ec_dynamicheight 0" and then "sv_ec_dynamicheight 1" and it's now fixed
