LWT not working on mac

So I've tried everything I can think of, cleaning out config and even a clean install. I can't get the options menu or UI changes to show up at all. No other mods on when I try. It does do the text at the new game menu, but after that nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think this is limited to mac as I am experiencing this on windows 10. Over to devs can we have a concrete works on anything
