if there is no navmesh, then you must generate it yourself
i plan on learning gmod lua just to make my own """""enhanced""""" nav mesh system that can be generated automatically (whether through npc, entity, or command] without having to restart, so if that may be of intrest then good to know

i found the navmesh

the recommended materials pack in this mod adds navmesh i just forgot to update this thread

oh i wasnt aware
eh atleast i used this as an excuse for essentially advertising JNav before it even exists as a concept
