Convert from cities-skylines-detour to Harmony
cities-skylines-detour is Deprecated and no longer supported, the creator recommands using Harmony instead: https://github.com/pardeike/Harmony

Yes I know although deprecation does not really apply here. I'm not using any external library, the mod does the detours it needs by itself.

Unfortunately Harmony cannot solve the root problem of method replacement: mods that do not know about each other replacing the same method. With detour, one of them wins. With Harmony, there are more combinations and complexity.
