Necessary skin changes
I'm sure DE wants these tennogen skins to be appropriate and unrelateble to irl as possible so if I were you I would change a few things:

Get rid of the leather buckles around her a s s. The last thing you would want is for the skin to get denied because of that.

Change the hat to something else. It's too distinguishable to an actual hat. However since the western mesa helmet got approved I wouldn't worry about it too much.

One of the best skins I've seen for nova. I hope it gets in.

Thanks for your passion Xibster but i won't change anything about the design, this is how i like it and i wouldn't make those skins if i had to do something i didn't like, even if it means they won't be in the game (but to be honest only DE has a saying in that).

From a passionate person to another, i hope you'll understand :)

Mesa has a cowboy hat, and limbo has a wizard hat, bowler hat, and magician hat. It's a moot point to argue that one more hat would be too much. There's also a candy cane scythe skin. Also you've clearly never seen a parachute harness before, since I'd bet that's what the DEV based the straps off of.

you're implying that I don't like it at all. I love it and I want it in the game but if there is a super slim chance it won't make it because of that then it's not worth it. Since he said himself he won't change it we just have to wish him the best of luck.

There are actual flight suits that use straps of that design, it's a fairly common safety thing among flight harnesses. And considering that this is (pretty clearly) designed around a flight attendant/stewardess, I think it makes a good bit of sense. I'm good with it.

Hi Hitsu San, upon seeing you latest skin for nova I realize that you are very creative and a artist of design. In all fun I have challenge for you :) WarFrame already has an Oberon skin that looks like something from the movie Pan labyrinth. I was wondering what your design would be for a Vauban skin that looks like something from the game Dead Space :)
Just curious I guess.
