Obtainable by drop and engineer use?

I really want this to be used by drop, and the gun itself a reskin of the pistol (Similar to The Original being a reskin, yet being obtainable by drop and craft). Since it is also a Pistol (particularly a Glock) It should be used by the engineer class.

so, why cant engineer use this?
he doesnt get any more sentry,
he doesnt get anymore shotgun
he doesnt get anymore pistol

the guy is getting kinda stale bread if you ask me.
