Help Needed: Where is the Runestone?

I've been looking for about two hours and haven't even been able to spot it on the middle island, almost like it doesn't exist.

the one in the middle is destroyed... thanks to the Wyvern that are now the ruler of the Air.
There are 3 New Runestones: Earth on Sunato, Fire on Ogon and Water in the Ocean between Mizuka and Arashi all have a giant Beam of magic to find them.
