Slimy Wood Textures
We have a problem with Wood Textures on our Server. Everything we built with wood looks really slimy. All Storage boxes and bed and so on looks really bad. It looks so that the game dont load the modells of these things properly.

we tested now if its only affects our server or sinlgeplayer too.
its in singleplayer too but only on the shigo islands map.(the center and the island works fine)
it seems to affect only storage boxes (large and small) and beds.
it doesnt make a difference if i use mods(tested with and without).

i could check where this comes from but i think it didnt comes from the map. I will check this anyway ^^

... have an idea where it can come from (used all this meshes in a cave)

I have this problem but it is on all maps and think it comes from the recent texture compression by WC

I'm also having this issue, but it only happens on this map. Was just playing Scorched Earth and the the Island yesterday and this morning with no issue (Just got this map today) came here to see if anyone else was experiencing it on this map and see if I could fix it. Minor annoyance I suppose, hopefully you can get it sorted though.

For me its also on the campfire. I double checked Scorched Earth, and its only this map.

I checked scorched the ark and the centre and can confirm for me it is happening on all of them, and only since 258 update, don't think the map has any effect on structures as that is in the core game by WC.

I noticed that the wood textures look like this on the Ragnarok server I play on as well, if that's any use to anyone. I just assumed it was because it was unfinished.

The devs seem to have fixed this now as I have got good textures again no more slimy after the last update WOOT WOOT

yea it seems to be fixxed. i also have no more slimy textures :)
