Good Idea. I should be able to charge from any distance just like the splendid screen. Also the damage decrease is not necessary. Have you even seen the other sheilds. This needs to be buffed. I am thinking candy cane and mad milk. Check this out.
+20% fire damage resistance
+15% explosive damage resistance
On kill: enemy drops small health pack. (Imagine this being conbined with the persian presuader's ammo healing. The healing counts for dead bodys weapons.)
Can charge from any distance.
Charges do no damage but put pie on the enemy which gives 60% of all damage done to that enemy as health. (Splat distance is large. So hitting a heavy you will probrably get his medic too. You still get normal charge crits btw. So timing it right gets you all of your health back. Kind of like an alternative to the half zatochi.)
Also when u die you drop a small health pack for your enemy.

But what does it mean on the splendid screen when it says "Can deal charge impact from any range"?
Its just like the splendid screen. The splendid screen can always deals the full effect of its charge no matter what the distantce you are from your enemy. The other sheild only have the sheild bash take into effect when you've been charging for a certain ammount of time. So I am saying that no matter how close or far you are from an opponent, If you hit them with your sheild then they will get splated.
also now that I think about it, should we put the enemy drops health pack on an alternative mele weapon?

I was just saying we should nerf it. Like take away the enemy health pack drop. Since thats probrably unecessary.
