Essential Content Pack
DISCLAIMER:
This pack is not supported, use it at your own risk.
The real best way to get the necessary textures, models and sounds are by downloading Insurgency's Dedicated Server.
It is also heavily recommended for many reasons, first being that they use the original texture sizes unlike this pack.

For those who don't have INS2, are too lazy to get it back, don't know how to extract it and yaddablahdurhur, here is a pack.

This pack contains materials, models and sounds for all the INS2 weapons included in this SWEPs pack.
Materials have been modified, they all had their size reduced by x2 so their quality is lower but at least so is the size (As well as performance, your videocard may need to use less VRAM).
Models have been directly extracted, no modifications.
Sounds have been directly extracted, no modifications (For now).

Note that I said "weapons", hands are not included. You're forced to use CSS hands, rig 8.

How to install it? Extract the .rar pack then put the "Insurgency M&M Pack" into your "garrysmod/addons" folder.

Side-note; I am doing this as a "collective favour". I don't want anybody whining even a bit about it, I just wouldn't even care. If there IS a problem, you can tell me.
As I said, I am not being paid for this, KnifeKitty didn't tell me to do it and, truly, I did (nearly) everybody a favour, so you like it or not, I ABSOLUTELY don't care. Wanted the original textures? Too bad.

Regarding DOI, I have no plans to do it until the game is finished (not barely-finished, but finished).

Are you also going to offer the DOI Standalone content for those of us who don't have the game yet?

Well, despite KnifeKitty trying his best to make me get a key for that game, TWO TIMES, I didn't bother, so I do not have the game and I can't give out "DOI Standalone content".

Kitty himself won't bother, kinda justified knowing his internet really sucks and a content of 200mb would be too much for him to upload.

Alright, no worries, I understand. With that being said, however, if I were to get the game, would it be possible for me to upload the required content here myself? If you would be willing to guide me through how to do it, that would be appreciated. If you don't want to, I could probably figure it out on my own.

Isn't DOI still a "game on the works" so there will be more content updates?
I wouldn't recommend you to do any pack of it as of now, not until you're sure it got enough content updates that there won't be a new one until next year.

Other than that, the process should be simple, I would tell you how to do it but I'd rather say it later because, as I said, DOI is still on the works.

So this includes the weapon models, but not the hand rigs? I'm assuming that can change through the available addons, yes?

If there are custom addons that use KnifeKitty's INS2 as base and do not include CSS rigs, instead just one from INS2, feck 'em then, they should have added them.
