Structure-like maps can be done, but as a universal rule of thumb limits of the Map Editor don't really do them justice.
Not just due to the lack of decals and textures (those can be custom made and added into the game anyway), but the terrain can't be modelled with that much detail (i.e you can't have structures like bridges or castle windows, or any structure that requires gaps in their composition), the only bridge that can be added in the game being a prop that can't be walked upon.
Oh, there's also cave entrances that can connect two different places on the map via triggers but those are janky at best and don't look all that good. Plus, they mess with the pathfinding algorithms in the game.
