Massive simspeed drops after using NCF
I was welding a projection of a station (in space, the NFC was placed on a spaceship). Everything was fine and then it started to lag and the simspeed went down below 0.3. Turning off the block didn't help. I was playing on singleplayer world with mods but I don't think thats the case. Also the only objects on that map were a planet (vanilia earth-like),moon (vanillia),the ship with projector and NCF, a small miner ship and four asteroids so I dont think the amount of "junk" on the map is the reason behind those heavy lags. It seems the only option is to completly remove the block from grid.

Can you please get your world in that situation then save it and publish the world? I can then look at what's going on.

If you just publish your world it makes it much easier for me to test. Just go into the load screen, and click on the "Publish" button the left side, and then once published give me that link.

if it was the same bug i was having, it seemed like there were several "nanites" that were stuck on blocks that were already built. I could hear the "failed weld" sound all over my small ship and once i took off blocks would "grow" out of the side. i assume it was due to the nanites finding a valid block location to build as the ship moved away from them

Eureka!!!

Ranzer, they were probably stuck on Interior lights placed on odd objects. They are just barely outside the nanites welding range. i opened another discussion about this and he'll fix it soon. Meanwhile, the workaround is to build an antenna and "show on hud" all interior lights that are incomplete, then run around with your hand welder and manually weld them. They will already have the 1 component they need so its just a matter of hitting them each for ~1 second.

I created an empty world with only this mod installed and it didn't help the problem.
@takeda11 I switched the welding speed to default and it still lags.
Unfortunatly even after removing the block and the mod from the save the simspeed drops right after loading a game.

"Unfortunatly even after removing the block and the mod from the save the simspeed drops right after loading a game."

I tried your save and experienced this as well. If I removed my mod completely, sim speed was still bad, meaning something else is causing the issue, not this mod.

Well after I removed everything in the mods folder (again), I removed the mod then loaded the empty world I mentioned before. There were no lags/simspeed drops. Then I readded the mod. For some crazy reason it dosent affect simspeed on that empty world anymore. Here is the link to that world. Includes 5 (!) NCFs working together on a station blueprint.

Haven't checked my main save though.

Update:It seems removing Azimuth Mega Mod Pack solves this issue.

I'm glad you figured out the cause.

Found another issue. The simspeed disent rapidly decrease to 0.01 anymore. Instead it jumps between 0.36 to 1.0 randomly. Turning NCF off dosen't help. I dont think it's caused by another mod this time.
