Conveyor System only working manually

I have a single Nan on a large network that isn't pulling components (local or connectors) or seen by Taleden's Inventory Manager (Program Block). I have tried replacing it, but without change. I can manually drag items into it and it starts as expected, so the conveyors are working. Log is included above and it is a single player local survival.

The last patch made it so conveyors don't pull. They are broken right now.
