Projection nanites are not working

Ok to sum up my issue, Projection nanites are not creating blocks from my projector. I've tried everything I could think of and nothing seemed to work. When they come back they are green which is strange. If you can recommend any advice please do.

This one is really weird, there is definitely an error I can see. Can you publish your world with it setup for me so I can fix it? Once I see your world I'll be able to fix it real quick, I'm just not sure why it's erroring yet.

Fishypwn you had your factory set to NoProjection, and you don't have materials. I took out NoProjection and built some components and it built the projection just fine?
