Deconstruction of blocks that takes long time

i have a world where i try to deconstruct ship.(actually i deciced that this is easy way to measure build cost)
i have speeded up deconstruction, but nanite factory itself is still long.

looks like it must take 7 minutes.

according to logs, save happens every 5 minutes(autosave SP).

look like when save happens process starting again.

tryed set DeconstructionPerformanceFriendly to false, nothing changed.
tryed turn off autosave, nothing changed.
