[BUG] 0.132.011 can't turn on NCF
In MP, the NCF is red even if turned on, it does nothing, and the terminal shows no stream or status info, just these three lines:

Type: Nanite Control Factory
Max Required Input: 1.00 kW
Oxygen Output: 0.00 L/min

I have tried turning it off and on, hacking it, checking onwership is mine, building new NCFs, none of them work.

I did a few updates recently, please be sure the server has been restarted. If it has, and the problem persists, I may need logs.

Server restarted, didn't work. Here is the server log. Sorry for the gigantic size (a few Gs after unzip):

Thanks for this report and log. I have corrected the issue, and it should work fine for you now. Please report back here if it doesn't. (Server will require a restart)
