Nanite Control Factory - Automated Construction (Not working - Old Version)

[Bug] 1.131.007 Nanites are not finishing blocks then components are already in the block.
I don't know why, but sometimes it's not finishing blocks that have components already in. For example if you grind a block and while inventory is full. The percentage goes down but the components stay in the block. Or i had a problem there i was missing metalgrids at a moment and the nanites not finishing the gyros or heavy armor blocks then i had metalgrids again.

Would be good to have an extended debugswitch in the settings to see more in the logfile.
Also a versionsnumber in the logfile by default.

When I load this it just has the nanite factory requiring components. Can you get it into the situation you have above and publish? Even with debug info it would be hard to tell if this is a function of the welder not working or something else.

It seems the nanites are just returning to the NFC and doing nothing. These two grids (the defense sphere and the large grid) were from projectors. That might be related somehow.

Ok! It seems that the settings i used were not working. I deleted the xml file loaded up the world and it got welded again. I think it's the constructionefficiency and deconstructionefficiency as i had problems with deconstruction, too.

Hmm yeah those settings are new, and not actually how I want them (I require access to a method I dont' have access to in order to really do efficiency properly). Maybe I will disable them for now if they are causing problems.
