Report a translation problem
Is it possible that the script is somehow failing to apply the rotated-orientation of the projection to individual blocks as they are placed from a projection? That what it appears to be happening, at least.
EDIT: I have verified that if i am able to place a projection without using the Pitch or Yaw settings, i am able to use all of the other settings and still have the projected blocks placed correctly. It seems that only pitch and yaw are causing the issue.

It's more work to do by hand, but atleast the construction nanites does the hard work like a charm.
