NCF Not requestiong components

Constructing a very large station right now, and it seems that the NCF doesn't request components that it needs to continue. It'll push stuff out when it gets full deconstructiing, but I have to put everything in manually. Any known fixes?

EDIT: Seems it will when it gets low enough, but it has to get absurdly low to get new stuff. Besides, if it needs plates to build, shouldn't it request those right away like an assembler does with ingots?

I'm getting this as well, they all stop and say they require x y and z and were previously calling on the assembler properly.
