Factory suddenly lost function

Suddenly stopped working.
The blocks are still there, but all the control options have vanished.

I can turn the block on or off, but i can't tell it to repair or not.
Keep in mind, this is BEFORE any updates came out.

Are there any mods this is known to conflict with?
Maybe i picked one up that borked it?
