I played this game 5 months ago and all goes good. But now i have problem with deathcare, trash, police services, maybe healthcare. Only max 3 service cars / base go to work, and my city looks like Sebastian send. All cars goes to work, when i turn off District Sevice Limit mod and... traffic jam between districts appear. There is some mistake at this greate and helpful mode.
I tryed to push on and off all my trafic modes, only grafic modes was stay on and still.... only pushing off this mod fix my situation.

@gsteigert still needing my city? 'cause you will need a lot from the workshop as well.

Sadly, this mod has been abandoned. Look for Districts 2.0 instead. It's not as good, but it works.
