You can extract the addon and edit the lua > entities > npc_soma_robothead.lua, line 180 change to self:SetMaterial( 'models/SOMA/RobotHeadGirl/robothead' ) and it worked for me

im having the same thing as the guy above. i did the fix that bin2hellnbak suggested and she's still busted. sadly i dont think the dev works on these anymore as the last patch note was in 2016, and i think the gmod updates over time have rendered the robot head girl near bricked. if anyone else knows enough about fixing lua bugs or knows someone who is good at fixing them id love to hear other things i and everyone else could do to self remedy the bot.
