+Clip size increased with each Headshot Kill, for a maximum of 6 shots before reloading. The animation for the reload changes as well, going from the standard pulling the hammer back, to the revolver animation.
But its also got negatives.

By pressing the Action key, the sniper will take off the scope.
Allowing the weapon to be used as a normal pistol/revolver rifle.
The player can still headshot with the scope off but only gets mini-crits instead of critical hits.
The scope will still be off if the player switches to a secondary/melee weapon.

Also, removing the scope it's just absurd.
first off this weapon has the wrong name high noon is something people say in the west not in austrailia so why not make it a pistol for the spy
spy's revolver, only two handed.

30% accuracy
but the sniper is from austrailia correct?
Feel free to be pessimistic all you want, but that doesn't mean you are right.

- 20% less damage done by body shots
Fire rate equal to the revolver, reload speed equal as well. No charge build up.
