Good Stats!

health leach is to OP so not that

ammo and health leach is a good idea its good that its not on hit or it would be way to op

Maybe add no randomcrits

so kinda like a widowmaker thing goin on

Because of the name, maybe it should have melee right click. In right click it melee hits forward (like bonesaw) + shoot, its like double attack. You'r stats are good for lol or dota 2 champions but for tf2 it would be good to add some new effect that will make this weapon unique and interesting for skilling

Good idea, is it going to work like the scattergun or the force-a-nature?

I've had this idea:

-20% reloading speed.
-20% fire rate.
+5% fire rate and reload speed per hit. (up to +30%)
When you are not dealing damage for more than 10 seconds, stats will return to normal.

This forces scout to stay in the battle.

Health leach as scout is way too OP. The stats would still be great even with out the health leach. Buff the ammo on kill to 50% and remove the health leach. I mean the scout already has mad milk.
