When the map is loaded you have to choose CT-side. Apparently the author did not bother to mention this.

The idiot who made the map writes that one should shoot the "rank", (which is the star on the wall in the starter room.)
However when the map is started you don't have a gun.

You can use your knife on the star instead of shooting but due to it's high placement it is extremely difficult to hit. An easy way is to use noclip in the console, and fly up to stab it.
