Problem after installing this mod

Prior to this installing this mod we had a difficulty mod installed that allowed dinos to spawn in up to 240. After installing this mod we can't seem to get anything over 120. I have even went and manually set the difficulty way high and still nothing. Anyone else seen this issue and know how to fix it?
