I pull out certain weapons and so many error appear and textures dissapear and I see through walls

I can't see my health bar or the glitch effect

Health shows when you get some damage. Glitch effect activates on <70 hp

1680 x 1050 (native)
I have 2 moniters. the other one is much smaller.

I can't help you. Hud disigned for 1080p
