If i replace my current stack mod with this, what will happen?
The author of stack plus, my current mod, sadly ran into a bad situation IRL and has discontinued it. I thus need a new stack mod but im wondering if my currently stacked items will disappear if i replace it with this?

Thank you kindly for any insights

They will more than likely disappear, as you are removing the Blueprint they refrence in the game.

If the author of the other stack mod used a Child BP instead of copying/replacing the original; Its possible they could not disappear; but either convert over to this mod, or resort back to the original stack size (vanilla.)

Make a backup of your SavedArk folder, remove the other mod, install this one, find out what happens, and if it all disappears; Readd the old one, remove this one, and restore your backup (if thats what you wish to do)
