Reversed junction warning signs
I have noticed that junction warning signs show the junction on the opposite side of the road. For example, if the junction is on the left, the sign will show it on the right. Have a look at these pictures:
https://i.imgur.com/bIQKtNN.jpg - This is with the mod disabled. The warning sign correctly shows the junction on the left side.
