Got this to show up.
I uploaded mine too, do you see it? Its called American Realism and I have it listed as public with the trailer tag.

yes it does but only if you either select to show all mods or when you select trailer in the drop down list above the selections as "trailer" is not mentioned in the actual visible selection

not, it is a sample mod for mod developers, it has no ingame function
