No. It is not that hard to make them global now, and you can't make soldier unique uniforms with global.

It looks like you could end up just switching the button from Make Global to Make Individual. I have classes and types I use for each discipline, but high rank vets get more freedom to wear "other" items. If everything is global would that disapper..?
Global as default only works if I can have a toggle to make Individual, which is pretty much what we have now with the make Global button.

Yes. I think the community is preferring global unifroms more than personal uniforms, which is the opposite of what I prefer. I wonder if I should just make it another option you can opt into. (Make Global will be replaced with Make Personal)

I like this idea most, if it's possible. Maybe if there was a global set uniform for all new recruits, and you can edit it from there if you so please.
