How a npc know which route he should go?
If there are two routes,how to let the npc go the right one?

He'll go to the route you assign him with right click. You don't have to "see" all your routes at the same time. Once you finish with one route, assign it to an NPC and clear the nodes. You can make another one from zero and the NPC will keep his last assigned route. You can also recover the route an NPC is currently using by pressing use+secondary on him.
