So... crash upon choosing or attempting to preview voice. Had same issue with Boris voicepack.

For those having crashes on startup, please try to download the mod manually here: https://mega.nz/#!tRsQxJpJ!9MszTbSfGz4UXicilWZV4v1R_Yc6U7q9ZGtsc4w5iFo and extract it to your "Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods" folder.
